Walkthrough & Notes

To exit the public instance, right click on your portrait or use the portal [59.6S, 16.6W] The "culling" quests for orcs and trolls may be completed while completing this quest chain. The siege engines repop fairly quickly, but an update has made it so you can walk through the space they occupy. This is both good and bad, if you're inside when it repops, there is a small chance you may be stuck, use /stuck to free yourself if you can no longer click the siege engine for the quest. /stuck takes a minute or two to activate, be patient. People also use this instance to complete the deed for Troll slayer. Check along the wall, closer to the water for some out of the way trolls. The captains repop quickly, often in the same area, the challenge may be finding "the other one" you need. There seem to be exactly 12 tents. Use delete or shift+delete to find them as you walk around. Missing one may mean searching areas you've already covered. If you choose to do this in fellowship (duo works well), the only non fellowship friendly quest is the siege engines - you can pick different ones near the entry point and click them when they reappear (there are 3). Then around 5/7, you can just go questing because you'll surely find two more each as you go. In a larger group than 3, it may be helpful to break up into groups of two or three and pick different areas for clicking siege engines. Fellowship allows this to be run very quickly as many mobs count for everyone nearby, in the group. Helping others who are not in fellowship also speeds this quest chain along. Everyone who tags a mob gets credit.
